Customer Service Advisor



Are you an innovative thinker, enthusiastic and driven in your approach to work and passionate about delivering excellent customer service?



Our Customer Service Team is looking for Advisors to work in their busy and expanding department. You will be required to provide a first class service to customers whilst dealing with their motor insurance claims. As a significant member of the team you will be dealing with the provision of replacement vehicles and repair services.



If successful your responsibilities will include the achievement of personal targets as defined by the business, plus contributing to team and departmental targets. You will be required to deliver excellent customer service maximise whilst adhering to company procedures and ensure minimal processing errors. Contribute to and help maintain an excellent working environment by adopting a positive attitude in your dealings with customers, colleagues and management.
