Key Stage Two Teacher Essex



£125 - £160 per day pending experience

* Initial Long Term Contract with possible permanent

Exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Key Stage Two to teach across a mixture of classes within this Essex based school. Your week will be split between teaching Yr3, Yr4 and Yr6 and this will provide an excellent opportunity to gain experience across virtually the whole key stage.



The school is a 3 form entry which is reasonable well resourced and since welcoming a new head teacher at the beginning of the year has gone through some incredible changes. The school was originally in the process of being put into special measures but through an excellent management team and clear direction and guidance being put in place, the head teacher turned the school around within a term and half.



There is a high proportion of SEN within the school although through a dedicated and caring teaching team you would never know it. The children are now all fully focused on learning and a dramatic improvement can clearly be seen across all areas of attainment.



This role will require a dedicated teacher, firm but caring who really feels comfortable within a sometimes challenging environment and wants to make a difference in the pupils they teach. You will have a part time teaching assistant and the support of a dedicated team and 150% committed management structure.



The head has stated this role would not be suitable for an NQT, but will consider overseas trained teachers with QTS status.
