Telesales Executive



As part of our small friendly Telesales team you will handle both incoming and outbound Customer calls ensuring that all Customer contacts are handled in a professional manner, in line with our values and principles.

Duties include:

Booking in Customer visits for our Client Support Executives

Achieving and maintaining product knowledge

Being aware of competitors and the differences in products.

Consistently meet targets whilst achieving and maintaining quality standards.

Record and update our Customer database, recording correct information and ensuring that deadlines are met.

Continually develop skills, knowledge and behavior to improve level of performance.

Provide cover and support within the team

Develop and maintain relationships with all parts of the business to gain a better understanding of mutual goals and objectives and enhanced cross-team support.

The successful applicant will have sales experience and enjoy working to targets, on target earnings are uncapped.
