Care Home Manager



This is an excellent opportunity to head up the team at this busy care home.







My client is looking to recruit an experienced manager to take charge of the day to day running for their residential home for the mentally infirm.







The main role is to ensure the highest possible standard of care for service users, using all available resources, and to maintain a caring environment for all service users, with the appropriate care according to individual needs.







The successful candidate will have responsibility for the recruitment, appointment, training and deployment of all staff, along with handling all finanical and administration duties.







The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse, have a relevant management qualification, a background in social work, and preferably an NVQ level 4 in health care.
